  2. I have multiple login names to access multiple accounts or dealer/representative codes. How do I consolidate these?
    • Investors wishing to consolidate their accounts under one login name and password or investment advisors wishing to consolidate multiple dealer/representative codes under one login name and password must contact our Client Services team.

  3. How do I change my login name or password?
    • To change your login name or password you must first log in to the website. Once logged in, select the Web Settings tab located in the top navigation. From there, select the Change Login Settings tab on the left-hand side of the page. We strongly recommend that you do not share your login name or password with anyone. We also encourage you to change your password regularly.

  4. How do I change my email address?
    • To change your email address you must first log in to the website. Once logged in, select the Web Settings tab located in the top navigation. From there, select the Change Login Settings tab on the left-hand side of the page. It is important to maintain a current email address with us as not doing so may result in your login access being restricted. If this happens, please contact our Client Services team.

  5. I would like to terminate my web access. How do I do this?
    • To cancel your access to the web you must first log in to the website. Once logged in, select the Web Settings tab located in the top navigation. From there, select the eAccess Agreement tab on the left-hand side of the page and then select I do not accept at the bottom of the page and then hit submit. Finally, call our Client Services team to completely terminate your access.

  6. When are statements available online?
    • If your dealership has set your account up to receive statements and you are registered for website access, your statement will be loaded online. What is loaded online also depends on the frequency that your dealer has established. If you are set up to receive semi-annual statements, these statements will be posted following the end of the month in June and in December. Posting times may differ by statement type. For example, if a client only holds mutual funds in an account, and are not holding a Quotential portfolio, statements are posted roughly 15 days following the reporting period. Other investment programs may be longer to post.

    • A quick note on e-delivery: In 2012, we will offer the ability to turn off paper statement mailings and turn on e-delivery.
